原片录入：录入方式分2 种：无线扫描枪自动录入、人工手动录入；

库存管理：建立独立数据库，存储原片信息，用于当前库存状态实时查询。可通过客户端远程访问数据；

穿梭仓储系统可供给一条或多条切割线；
控制面板包括数字键盘及专用功能键 （可适用于切割线整体控制或者远程控制），主要管理库存区的所有玻璃架的原片数据，其中包括（尺寸，包装数量，厚度，玻璃类型，进货日期，玻璃代码，说明等；
